Extraction and arithmetic check
Every line is read: date, description, money in, money out. Totals and running balances are recalculated from those lines, so any gap surfaces before you post.

You review, you download
Uncertain lines are highlighted. You correct what needs correcting, then export the Excel: fixed columns, the same shape every month.
Data and compliance
Where your clients' documents go
Hosted in the European Union
Uploaded documents and extracted data are hosted in the EU, so your clients' files stay inside the frame you already require.
GDPR
We act as a processor. Our data processing agreement (DPA) applies as soon as you subscribe; a signed copy can be provided on request for your compliance file.
Deletion on your terms
You delete a file whenever you decide to: the source document and its export are both removed, and nothing is left sitting on the server.
Review before export
The Excel is only produced once you approve it, so what the model misreads is corrected before it enters your software.
